Terms of Service

We built Wellstone Creators for kids and families to enjoy together!

• Kids under 13: You need a parent or guardian to help you sign up and give their permission before you can use Wellstone Creators.
• Teens 13 and older: You can create your own account, but we still encourage you to share your creations with your family!
• Parents and guardians: You are responsible for supervising how your children use Wellstone Creators.

To keep Wellstone Creators fun and safe for everyone, we ask that you:

• Use kind and appropriate words when describing what you want to create
• Do not try to make anything scary, mean, or inappropriate
• Treat other creators with respect when viewing their creations
• Keep your account information private and secure
• Tell a parent or guardian if you see something that makes you uncomfortable

To keep our community safe and fun, the following are not allowed:

• Creating content that is violent, scary, or inappropriate for kids
• Using mean or hurtful language in your prompts or descriptions
• Trying to create weapons, dangerous items, or anything harmful
• Copying or claiming someone else's creations as your own
• Spamming or creating too many similar items to slow down the service
• Trying to break or hack the platform
• Sharing personal information like addresses or phone numbers
• Using the platform for anything other than creative fun

If we find content that breaks these rules, we may remove it and could limit or close the account that created it.

You own what you create! When you make a 3D model on Wellstone Creators, that creation belongs to you (or your family if you are under 18).

You can:

• Download and keep your creations
• Share them with friends and family
• 3D print them at home or through our printing service
• Choose whether to make them public or keep them private

When you choose to make a creation public (share it in our gallery), you give us permission to:

• Display it in our Explore gallery for others to see and get inspired by
• Show it in examples of what people are creating on Wellstone Creators
• Feature amazing creations to celebrate our community

We will always give credit to the creator when we feature their work. If you keep your creations private, they stay just between you and your family.

While we work hard to make Wellstone Creators amazing, there are some things to know:

• The 3D models we create are for fun and learning. They might not always look exactly how you imagined, and that's okay!
• If you 3D print your creations, the printed version depends on your printer and settings. Results may vary.
• We do our best to keep the service running, but sometimes we need to fix things or make updates.
• We are not responsible for how you use your downloaded models outside of our platform.

We are always working to make Wellstone Creators better! This means:

• We may add new features and tools for you to try
• We might change how some things work to improve the experience
• We could update these terms if needed (we will let you know if we do)
• Some features may change or be removed as we grow

We will do our best to tell you about big changes in advance. Keep an eye on our announcements!
